This statue of Harriet Tubman is at the intersection of 122st street, Frederick Douglass Boulevard and St Nicholas Street in Harlem. There was controversy about her facing south, but I get why she is facing south. The following link is from the NYTimes talking about it in 2008:http://cityroom.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/11/13/why-is-harriet-tubman-facing-south/

R.I.P. Larry Hagman
Larry Martin Hagman (September 21, 1931 – November 23, 2012)
What a sad day. Larry Hagman who played the lovable astronaut major Anthony "Tony" Nelsn On I Dream Of Jeannie in the 1960's and who played the best tv villain EVER!, J.R. Ewing on Dallas in the 1980's, died from throat cancer. I was reminicing on another site about "Who shot J.R.?" I was front and center the next season to find out! They don't make 'em like that any more, *sigh*. God bless his soul and may he rest in peace.

This months eye candy are double vision brothers Travis and Troy Cannata. I pulled these pics from someone else's bog. She had other models and the like as she is a romance writer, but I liked these two in particular. It's al about that fabulous curly hair! Enjoy!

Dolphins vs. Jets
I went to my first regular season football game, the day before hurricane Sandy hit New Jersey and New York. It was no contest, Dolphins won 30-9 over the Jets. Did I happen to mention that I am a Dolphins fan since Dan Marino? I love Dan Marino! Anyway, it was a fun day and I hope to get to another game if not this year then next. My friend, who went to the game with me and who is a Jets(Giants) fan offered to get the tickets for a game in Miami. I will so be there!
My team coming onto the field.
Sanchez(near) and tebow(far) throwing warm up passes to each other.
The opening kick-off.
Teams in thier hudle.
Jets black cheearleader.
And the other black Jets cheerleader.
My team running off the field at half-time.
On this side you have a troublemaker for the Jets.
And on this side you have a troublemaker for the Dolphins. Me and my friend were sitting right in fron of this guy who spoke smack about the Jets and thier fans the entire game. He really got on my last nerve!
And this is me and my friend after the game sportin' our team colors!

Eye Candy
Eugene Bauder. Eugene was born in Almaty, Kazakhstan on March 5, 1986. He moved to Germany at the age of five with his mother. Throughout his life he lived in various locations around Germany. What can I say the boy is HOT! I love the lips...among other things! Enjoy
